I’m very disappointed with how this sale process has been handled. I feel my house was significantly underpriced for a quick sale rather than marketed to achieve its proper value. On top of that, calling me to ask that I remove my Google review instead of addressing my concerns professionally was inappropriate. As a seller, I expected transparency, proper representation, and effort to maximize the value of my property. My review reflects my personal experience, and I have the right to share it honestly.

Royal LePage just dropped their Q1 2026 GTA Housing Market Report.
And honestly, if we’ve spoken recently or you’ve been following along, none of this is new.
What they’re seeing in the data is exactly what we’ve been feeling on the ground:
- buyers are more selective
- condos are where the opportunity is
- buyers and sellers are being more calculated
For first-time buyers, it’s a big step. It always is. Like getting married or having a baby, you can plan for the perfect moment, but at some point you just have to jump.
The question we’re getting a lot right now, “is this the bottom?”
The reality is, that’s almost impossible to call in real time.
